• This promotion is only available for consumer purchases made in Australia between 1 April 08 until 11 May 08.
• Limit one claim per valid store receipt.
• Claims cannot be processed unless a copy of the store receipt showing full payment of a Nilfisk vacuum cleaner, purchase date and the store name is attached. Incomplete or illegible forms are invalid.
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claims.
• Claims forms must be received by last mail on the 30 May 2008.
• Nilfisk Mp4 player will be sent via Express Post up until the 13 June 2008 or while stock last.
• No responsibility is accepted by the promoter for lost, late or misdirected mail.
• Postage and handling fee of $5.95 inclusive of GST applies.
• A minimum of 8 weeks should be allowed for delivery.
• Participants are responsible for the postage and transport cost of returning any faulty product back to the promoter.
